Gel Plate Printing
Gel Plate printing is a modern take on a traditional form of printing with out the need for a press. Gel Plates are non toxic, latex free and 100% Vegan. Gel Printing Plates are a simple tool to use and the creative possibilities are endless, as they can be used with many mediums. You just need your Gel Plate, some paint, a brayer to adhere the paint to the plate and paper and you’re good to start creating your unique print.
I will show you techniques to enable you to create beautiful prints and guide you with colour choices until you find your own colour palette preferences. Stencils, masks and blocks can be used to enhance and add depth and design to your prints. Your favourite prints can be mounted and framed or used in endless ways such as collage, book covering, art journalling, book mark making etc etc.
I will show you how to select the best part of your print for mounting and provide a mount so that you can take your favourite print home ready for framing.

1. My classes will be run at beginners pace, as I like to be thorough in my teaching and most participants are not artists.
2. Unless otherwise stated My classes are not suitable for children under 10 and children must be accompanies either by a parent or responsible adult
3. All participants must follow my Health and Safety guidance.I cannot be held responsible for any accident caused by misuse of equipment or failure to adhere to all my instructions.
4. If participants feel that their health and safety may be at risk at anytime please inform me immediately.
5. In the event of an accident please inform me immediately.
6. . Please inform me in advance of any allergy. I am not liable for any illnesses or skin irritation that may occur.
7. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst attending.
8. Please wear appropriate comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting paint on and do not bring valuable possessions with you.
9. I am not liable for any damage to personal possessions or clothing.
Cancellation Policy for workshops
If you need to cancel or alter your booking you can transfer your booking to another equivalent class.
If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you’re welcome to send someone in your place; please provide your replacement’s name, phone number, email address and dietary requirements in advance of the workshop.

Very occasionally I may have to cancel a course, at short notice due to unavoidable circumstances, in which you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
