Because of the nature of the medium sometimes there may be runs on the edges of the paintings, and where I have used a textured canvas the weave sometimes is apparent in the picture. I personally like this as I feel that it adds depth to the painting, but if you would prefer please ask me to send you a video or close-up photo of the painting. I am sure that you will love it!

TERMS
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Marilyn Gough, and ordered from Marilyn Gough’s website at marilyngoughart.com By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this. Marilyn Gough reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
ORDER & PRICES
The paintings will be wrapped and shipped in a double wall cardboard box or materials suitable for shipping large paintings, which has been designed for shipping paintings.
The paintings will be packaged and shipped by me, Marilyn Gough, I will provide you with tracking details. Delivery should be 48 hours after collection for the UK and within 7 days globally. Please be sure to give me your email and contact number so that you can be contacted by myself and the courier. Thank you.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of goods will be shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to the despatch of your order, We will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or email.
DELIVERY
All delivery times quoted on this site are estimates based on availability, normal processing, and delivery times. We may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the gallery.
All art will be sent to you by courier service. We will endeavour to deliver within 7 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once an edition is considered delivered responsibility for the edition, the risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
FREE DELIVERY TO ALL UK ORDERS
If you are shopping from outside the UK and other locations stated, please contact the gallery directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices, and delivery times may differ from those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the goods are out of stock, We will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
We are under no obligation to accept any order.
DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
If your painting should, unfortunately, arrive damaged please let me know within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and please send us photographic evidence, as this will be required to enable a claim for damage in transit.
This rarely happens, but if you decide that your newly purchased Artwork is not for you, then we will offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to provide the following
You contact Marilyn Gough within 7 days of purchase or receipt, if later
The artwork is in its original condition and packaging and can be re-sold
Providing the above conditions are met, a full refund will be made.
We will examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying the costs required to deliver the artwork back to BLUE SKY GALLERY. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, color, medium, etc) and the purchaser is returning it as a result of buyer’s remorse, then the purchaser will be held responsible for the return costs.
If we conclude that the work was misrepresented in any way, or if the Artwork was damaged as a result of packaging, Marilyn Gough will be responsible for return costs.
OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduce any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Marilyn Gough uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible.
