BEYOND THE HILL

I over painted this picture on a canvas that I had worked on in the Lock down.

The original painting was very dark and far from my usual style.

The brilliant thing about reworking a painting is that you can create so much depth and multi-layering.

This painting is bursting with colour and movement which leads you into the core of the work exposing the hidden depths.

BACKGROUND

Multi layered, predominately white, with faded shades of blue, green, grey and brown.

Colours include, Magenta, sap green, green gold, nickel azo gold, white, blue, purple and grey.
